Individual Coaching Packages are available by phone. Each 45 minute sessions includes email support as well as brief check-in phone calls at no extra charge.

My philosophy is that you already have your own answers, and that non-judgmental accountability is the cornerstone of success in all areas of life. As an Artist and Creative Life Coach, my job is to provide a safe arena in which to challenge and support you in removing the blockages to realizing your potential. I can help you structure your dreams into goals, as well as offer the guidance and accountability needed to fulfill them.

Our dreams, obligations and career-oriented ‘should’ beliefs can become such a tangled matt that it becomes very difficult to identify and prioritize the things we really want to be doing. That is why it is important to take the time to clearly identify and remain centered in what is meaningful to us. As a coach, it is my goal to provide clients with the time, space and support needed to ‘untangle the matt’.
