Mental Fitness:

The ability to regulate your emotions so that how you feel doesn’t stop you from getting and doing what you want.

Developing mental fitness is just like developing physical fitness. You exercise the mental “muscles” you need to develop, and “eat” the right ideas so that you begin to think of and create solutions instead of problems.

There are three components to developing Mental Fitness through the technique I am trained in:

Developing your wisdom: the part of the brain that can solve any problem by seeing everything as a gift or opportunity

The degree to which we master these abilities determines our “Positive Intelligence”. Positive Intelligence is a neuroscientifically founded measurement of an individual’s ability to be happy due to their capacity to manage their thoughts and emotions.

The development of Positive Intelligence through Mental Fitness is a major breakthrough for people who identify with having ADHD or other brain-based conditions.

It enables us to develop our Executive Function, the part of the brain responsible for things like emotional regulation, awareness of time and the ability to activate and achieve our plans.

This is a six-month program by Shirzad Chamin, author of the New York Times bestselling book Positive Intelligence.

A breakdown of how each ‘saboteur’ style messes with you. Again, we’re keeping our enemies close by getting to know their tricks and their lies. That way, we can course correct and stay on point with the changes we want to make.

Daily practice in the form of an easy program of exercises. This is paint-by-numbers, folks. Just show up to the app. It’s like having a personal trainer for your brain right in your pocket! Except no burpees required.

Q. What if I’m too busy?

This program is designed for busy people! You can do it in 15 minutes a day. During the initial six weeks the hour-long videos can be watched over the weekend and are broken into segments for your convenience. All in all, including the weekly hour-long pod meetings, this will take up about 2% of your waking hours over the duration of the program.
