What I do:

I help individuals choose the life they live, rather than the life that ‘chooses’ them. Our dreams, obligations and career-oriented ‘should’ beliefs can become such a tangled matt that it becomes very difficult to identify and prioritize the things we really want to be doing.  That is why it is important to take the time to clearly identify and remain centered in what is truly and uniquely meaningful to you as an individual.  As a coach, it is my job to provide clients with the time, space and support needed to ‘untangle the matt’.

As a coach trained to serve clients with ADHD, I am a strong proponent of ‘Neurodiversity’, meaning I believe a persons unique brain wiring is an asset rather than a liability.  The challenges of ADHD are situational, and often these same traits are strengths when embraced and leveraged in the proper context.  My job is to partner with you in creating a life designed and supported by your unique passions, strengths and abilities!

Sessions are 45 minutes in length, and are conducted via phone, Facetime, Skype or in-person.

So wherever you are, there I am! Anywhere in the world.

Self-Coach Midwifery (VIP Days):

I’m yours for four hours.

We’re talking a one-day, 4 Hour Session (including a break for lunch) designed to create a blueprint for your life and career for the next year.

As a highly trained, experienced and Certified Life and ADHD Coach, my job is to partner with you in creating the life you want, and helping you develop the tools to thrive while living it.

In other words….

You will learn how to coach yourself!  That’s why I call it ‘Self-Coach Midwifery’.

Preparation:  You prepare by doing a simple life wheel along with some other homework, so that when we get together we can comb through every area of your life and see how everything is affecting everything else. From there, I help you make adjustments according to where you are now, and together we create a game plan so that you can live into how you really want your life to look and feel.
