Many people shy away from taking the risk of following their dreams because they don’t want to expose themselves to criticism and feedback.  Its just too painful.

The following exercise is designed to help you gain some clarity and objectivity towards feedback that may have been problematic for you in the past.  Perhaps it even permanently derailed you from something you loved to do. Through this exercise, you will learn a framework within which to analyze feedback and criticism going forward, in order to remain separate from it.  This ‘separation’ creates objectivity which will allow you to utilize or disregard feedback as appropriate in any circumstance!
